Medical staffing lead generation: 65 meetings from two cold email campaigns
All Med Search places healthcare professionals in US hospitals, and needed more candidates and more facility clients without leaning on ads or job boards. We ran two cold email campaigns: one to Canadian nurses open to moving, one to US healthcare decision-makers. Between them they booked 65 meetings.

The situation
Recruiting is two sales problems at once: you need people to place, and you need places that want them. All Med Search wanted both, experienced nurses in Canada willing to relocate to the US and US healthcare facilities that needed staff.
And they wanted to get there through outbound, not by paying for more job board listings or advertising.
What we built
- 01Two lists, two audiencesExperienced Canadian nurses open to relocation, and decision-makers at US hospitals and medical centers.
- 02Human, non-salesy sequencesShort emails written for each audience’s actual worries, not a generic recruiting pitch.
- 03A/B testingSubject lines, body copy and calls to action tested to improve replies and protect deliverability.
- 04Follow-up sequencesSeveral follow-up touches to turn first replies into booked meetings.
What happened
The nurse campaign sent 30,000 emails over months 1 and 2 and produced 45 meeting-ready leads.
The facility campaign sent 30,000 emails over months 1 to 3 and produced 20 meetings with healthcare decision-makers. That’s 65 meetings across the two campaigns.
The lesson we keep coming back to: one campaign can’t talk to two audiences. Nurses and hospital directors care about completely different things, so they got completely different emails.
